Welcome to Seraphim Supercars. By reserving or renting a vehicle from us in the GTA, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure the safety and pristine condition of our exclusive fleet.
1. Eligibility & Licensing
- Minimum Age: Renters must be at least 25 years of age to rent without a surcharge.
- Young Driver Policy: Renters between the ages of 21 and 24 are permitted subject to a Young Driver Surcharge of $200 CAD / day.
- License & Insurance Requirements: Valid Ontario G or equivalent + supplemental physical-damage insurance. We must physically verify your documentation at the time of delivery.
2. Mileage & Usage
- Daily Allowance: 150 km per 24-hour period.
- Weekly Allowance: 1000 km per 7-day period.
- Overage Fees: Additional mileage is billed at $6 CAD per km upon return.
- Track Use: Track use or performance driving events are strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing by Seraphim Supercars prior to the rental period.
3. Fuel Policy
Refueling: Vehicle delivered full; return full or pay refuel at market rate + $75 service fee. We require the use of 93 Octane (Premium) fuel exclusively. Please retain your fuel receipts.
4. Security Deposits
A security deposit is required for all reservations. The deposit amount varies by vehicle tier (e.g., typically ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 CAD) and will be placed as a hold on a major credit card matching the name on the driver’s license. Deposits are released upon satisfactory inspection of the returned vehicle.
5. Delivery & Returns
Our concierge delivery service is complimentary within designated zones in the GTA. We require a 1-hour window for delivery and return. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was received, subject to a thorough walkaround inspection.
